Sisterhood Spirit Weekend 2014!
Sisters from across the state of Tennessee will be coming together at Vanderbilt University in Nashville September 12th- 14th for Sisterhood Spirit Weekend 2014! The weekend will be filled with a little business, a lot of fun, and whole lot more great memories to keep for a lifetime. While the weekend will consist of mostly sister-only activities, there will be an opportunity for interested women to join the fun. A meet and greet for interested ladies is being organized by Vanderbilt sisters. More information is soon to come.
LTA Fitness Challenge 2013 Kick Off, Thurs, October 3rd
Physical health means a lot more than just how you look. Good physical health also helps you mentally and emotionally. When we focus on getting healthy and being healthy, all the other stresses of life become much easier. Getting healthy and being healthy come with endless benefits, from lowered stress to increased energy to serious boosts in confidence.
Lambda Theta Alpha wants to help you get there. We would like to invite you to join in our efforts in getting fit and healthy, with our 2013 Fitness Challenge. You will receive a fitness goal log to track your efforts. To keep you accountable, we will meet every two weeks from our kick off night to share our victories and challenges, as well as share in a nutritious meal or a fun workout. Events will be posted through out the challenge.

LTA Cafe begins the conversation Wednesday, September 25th
Life in college can be complicated, and sometimes it is too confusing to sort it out on your own. That's why Lambda Theta Alpha will be hosting an open discussion every Wednesday beginning September 25th to talk about life, love and everything in between. Topics for discussion will be posted for each week, but the conversation will guide the way. Topics will just be a place to get us started. Have something you want to talk about?
